Stranded Colorwork Sweater

For something that is sure to bring on the sense of accomplishment and generate compliments from everyone, the Stranded Colorwork Sweater class is for you.  5 sessions will have you perfecting you skills of two-handed colorwork, sweater fit and construction, steeking (cutting your knitting with confidence) and finishing.  You choose an infant, child, or adult-sized Norwegian or Icelandic-style sweater pattern and together we will make it a reality just in time for the upcoming Nordic Knitting Conference in Seattle.  You will be the envy of all and assure that you are a master of all your knitting.  

Scheduled for Thursdays Sept. 1, 15, and 29 and October 13 and 27, 7-9 pm.

 

You should be comfortable casting on and making a knit and purl stitch. 

 

Materials required are dependent upon your selected project. I am happy to provide a private consultation prior to the first session to aid in your selection.
